Whole scallops on the half shell, still carrying their bright orange roe. Hand-picked from clean cold water, they arrive glossy and firm, with the sweet, buttery flesh that only really fresh scallops have.

The shells are a natural serving dish — set them straight under a grill with garlic butter and a scatter of parsley, or steam them briefly and serve with nothing more than good oil and lemon. Because they come cleaned and on the shell, there is no shucking and very little prep between you and the plate.
